For the second year running, Timing has been included in the Melhores Fornecedores RH (Best HR Suppliers) list, in the Temporary Staffing category. The recognition is based on anonymous client feedback on the services provided over the previous 36 months.
The 2024 award follows the recognition Timing received the previous year and reflects the consistency of the company’s work with businesses that use its temporary staffing and human resources management services.
The 13th edition of Melhores Fornecedores RH was organised by the Associação Portuguesa de Gestão das Pessoas (APG – Portuguese Association of People Management), in partnership with Qmetrics and Mínimos Quadrados. The companies recognised were presented at a ceremony on 21 February 2024 at the Hotel Real Palácio in Lisbon, which brought together 16 organisations across six categories.
The selection was based on a survey of the participating companies’ clients. Responses were collected anonymously and confidentially and assessed the services provided over the previous 36 months.
The areas evaluated included service quality, customer service and staff professionalism, value for money, overall satisfaction, company image and supplier loyalty.
To be included on the list, companies needed an average score above 70 points on a scale of 0 to 100 and at least 15 valid questionnaires.
In the Temporary Staffing category, Timing was one of five companies recognised. The result is particularly meaningful because it directly reflects clients’ experience and their confidence in continuing to work with the company.
For Timing, the award recognises the work of the teams who support companies, candidates and workers every day. This support covers identifying professionals, responding to clients’ operational needs and providing assistance throughout the recruitment and temporary staffing process.
