Timing was a Stage Sponsor at the Algarve RH Meeting 2025

Timing took part as a Stage Sponsor at the Algarve RH Meeting 2025, held on 26 February at Teatro das Figuras in Faro. The event brought together more than 500 HR leaders, managers and professionals to reflect on the challenges transforming people management and the future of work.

Being a Stage Sponsor allowed Timing to associate itself with one of the leading HR conferences in southern Portugal and strengthened its ties with the Algarve’s business and professional community.

Organised by Abilways Portugal in partnership with Faro City Council, the Algarve RH Meeting (RH being the Portuguese abbreviation for HR) provided a forum for sharing knowledge, experience and perspectives on how organisations and the labour market are evolving.

The 2025 programme covered topics such as leadership, digital transformation, artificial intelligence in human resources, innovation in recruitment and skills development. Mental health, multiculturalism, equity, pay transparency and sustainability were also part of the discussion.

For Timing, these themes are directly linked to the challenges companies face every day in attracting, onboarding and supporting their people.

Changing skills, adapting recruitment processes and the ability to respond to organisations’ needs are playing an increasingly important role in people management.

As a company specialising in temporary staffing, recruitment and human resources solutions, Timing keeps a close eye on the changes shaping the relationship between companies and professionals.

Taking part in the event reinforced this closeness and offered a range of perspectives on the future of work. Supporting the Algarve RH Meeting also reflects Timing’s commitment to promoting the value of people and HR in the region where the company began.

By supporting an initiative held in Faro, the company strengthens its presence among the organisations, professionals and bodies that contribute to the development of the Algarve’s labour market.
