Attitudes

Sometimes situations arise at work that end up resulting in real risky steps, due to hasty or ill-prepared attitudes. There may not be a chance to “fix” the error, so avoid doing the following:

Bluff to be raised
Let’s start with one of the most important. To think that the most effective method of getting your salary increased is to bluff, inventing an attractive job offer from another company. The result of the bluff may even be positive, but the probability of becoming “next out” is enormous.

Open a company without bases
From the business plan, to the evaluation of the competition and the profit margins practiced, everything is essential to take care in order to open the company with some security.
Consideration is crucial, and many people chase the dream of being a boss, end up being unsuccessful and plunging into deep regret.

Leaving with no alternative or changing without thinking
“Slamming the door” without having an alternative can cost us dearly. The job market is increasingly unstable, and the door that has just closed may not open for you again. If a job offer comes up, analyze it carefully before moving forward, try to get to know the company in question better, what current or past employees say about it, and who knows if your initially positive opinion doesn’t change quickly.

Inertia
Doing only what is asked, without rushing, not trying to add a personal touch or collaborating with clear and dynamic opinions is not advisable. The inertia is quickly detectable by the people around him and, in an instant, the first criticisms begin to appear.

Verbally assaulting superiors
If you don’t want to lose your job, never go through the argument in an aggressive tone. Good manners and thoughtfulness must prevail in difficult situations and be aware that no matter how many reasons you have, the day you verbally attack your superior, your position in that company will never be the same.

Individualism
From the start you will always have people working around you, so don’t despise them and collaborate. The “team player” usually gathers a positive opinion from the working group, and in the event of a reduction in the staff, it will hardly be the first to leave.
