Timing has once again been named among the Melhores Fornecedores RH (Best HR Suppliers) in 2025, in the Temporary Staffing category. This third consecutive award follows the recognition received in 2023 and 2024 and reflects clients’ assessment of the service the company provides.
Three consecutive years among the Best HR Suppliers is an important milestone for Timing. Rather than a one-off accolade, appearing on the list year after year reflects a consistent client experience and relationships built over time.
The 2025 award was presented on 18 February at the ceremony for the 14th edition of the initiative, held at the Hotel Real Palácio in Lisbon. This year, 16 organisations were recognised across seven categories related to people management.
In the Temporary Staffing category, Timing was once again one of the five companies recognised. The result follows the awards received in 2023 and 2024, consolidating an ongoing presence among suppliers rated by their own clients.
The selection is organised by the Associação Portuguesa de Gestão das Pessoas (APG – Portuguese Association of People Management), in partnership with Qmetrics and Mínimos Quadrados. The assessment is anonymous and confidential and considers clients’ experience of the services provided over the previous 36 months.
The criteria include service quality, team professionalism, overall satisfaction, company image, value for money and the intention to continue working with the supplier. To make the list, companies must achieve an average score above 70 points and obtain at least 15 valid responses.
For Timing, the continuity of this recognition is particularly significant because it comes directly from the companies that use its temporary staffing and human resources management solutions.
