Run by Five Stars Consulting, the Prémio Cinco Estrelas assesses products, services and brands across a range of sectors. Its methodology analyses consumer experience and identifies, in each category, the brands with the highest levels of satisfaction.
For Timing, the result is particularly significant because it is based on the views of clients who rely on the company for their temporary staffing and human resources management needs. Intention to recommend is also a clear indicator of the trust built up over the course of each partnership.
